The allottees of Sahiwal Scheme may approach Multan or Faisalabad as per convenience. The allottees of Lahore and Rawalpindi Schemes may get transfer of houses/plot from the Head Office.

After Multan, the Foundation has operationalized Regional Office Faisalabad at Project Director's Office, Satiana Road, Faisalabad Scheme, for the facilitation of members/allottees. The members/allottees would be able to complete Biometric process for issuance of NOC to alienate/transfer house/plot at Regional Office Faisalabad. The Regional Office Rawalpind will also be operationalized soon.

After vacation of stay orders by the Lahore High Court Lahore, the House Allocation Committee has fixed 27.09.2018 as date of draw/balloting for allocation of 85 plots of 5-Marla category at PGSHF Scheme Satiana Road Faisalabad in favour of eligible members as per seniority who have deposited demanded amount during previous draw dated 09.06.2017. A draw ceremony for allocation of plots of PGSH Scheme, D. G. Khan was held on 02.04.2015 under the Chair of Additional Chief Secretary, Punjab/Chairman House Allocation Committee.

A draw ceremony for allocation of plots of PGSH Scheme, Bahawalpur was held on 12.03.2015 under the Chair of Additional Chief Secretary, Punjab/Chairman House Allocation Committee.

 The Provincial Assembly of the Punjab has passed the (Second Amendment) Bill 2012 on 27th December, 2012 regarding provision of Developed Plots to the members of the Foundation. The Governor of the Punjab has assented to the Bill on 3rd January 2013, published in the Gazette of the Punjab (Extraordinary) on 5th March, 2013.


The Board of Directors unanimously approved enhancement in member's monthly subscription rates in the meeting held on 25.02.2010.

All members are supposed to make minimum contribution per month as below:

Members can contribute more than this minimum amount and are advised to do so, so that there is minimum financial burden at the time of delivery of house when full cost has to be paid. Retired members are also advised to continue paying through Bank Draft / Pay Order in the name of Punjab Government Servants Housing Fund.
